This policy explains how Svasamm Research Pvt Ltd ("Svasamm", "we") handles personal data in connection with the T4Suite website and product. We are based in Konnagar, West Bengal, India, and we process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
From this website, we collect only what you give us — your name, work email, firm name, city and message when you request a demo — plus basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how pages are used. We use a honeypot field to reduce spam; it is not stored.
Client documents stay with you
T4Suite is designed so that your firm's client documents live on your own in-house server, with access gated to your office network and enforced server-side. Those files are not stored on our cloud. Your firm remains the data fiduciary for its clients' data; we act as a data processor for the account and operational data you hold in the product.
How we use your data
We use demo-request details only to respond to you and to arrange and follow up on a walkthrough. We do not sell personal data. We use analytics to understand and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to enquiries (for example, our email delivery provider), under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
Your rights
